If you're looking to go through with any of our services, we need to make an agreement. For  small projects, an email agreement may do, but for larger projects we'll need to make sure this agreement is well noted.

I urge you to fill out this form after you have agreed to the basics of your project (ie. costs, deadlines, etc.). When the basics of your project, including the work that needs to get done, then make sure you review the Terms and Conditions.

By completing the form below, you consent to the Terms and Conditions, and are essentially giving me the information required to send you an invoice. Paying the project deposit is, in effect, signing-off on our contract. After completing this form, I'll e-mail you with the next steps.
